About Rick Osborn, the Recording Wiz

RecordingWiz.com was created by Rick Osborn, an accomplished singer and musician – who spends much of his free time doing itinerant music ministry and speaking. He also is a Wellness, Solutions and Marketing Coach specializing in problem solving using his coaching skills, education and experience. The remainder of his time consists of consulting, blogging, freelance marketing, graphic and web design projects, as well as his own personal recording projects.

Rick holds a liberal arts degree (B.A) from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and received a Master of Divinity in Church Music (M.Div.) from Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Paralleled with his coaching and music education, Rick has a background in art, design, recording, ministry and writing. Furthermore, he is a published writer and has contributed to books and programs on nutrition, weight loss and fitness.

His mission, by creating this site, is to offer novice and aspiring singers, bloggers, speakers, musicians, recording artists, businesses and entrepreneurs simple and inexpensive ways to create their own audios, mp3s, podcasts and CDs for distribution, sale and self-promotion.
